  • The Scope: Partnering under PT Surveyor Indonesia of ID Survey, conducted SIAP SELAMAT Audit program on behalf of SKKMigas for SIPL Asset both Pangkah Onshore Gas Plant and Offshore Gas Field operations and maintenance
  • The Solution: GSL conducted a comprehensive culture mapping and facilitated a “Hearts and Minds” leadership program to bridge the gap between management expectations and day-to-day actions.
